RULES AND FORMAT OF THE COMPETITION
Eligibility:
1. Age and Education Requirement: Participants must currently be enrolled in either middle school or high school. Proof of enrollment may be required.
2. Business Registration: Each business presented must be a registered Limited Liability Company (LLC). Participants must provide proof of registration upon entering the competition.
Judging Criteria:
Participants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. Time Duration: Presentations must not 3 minutes. Points will be deducted for exceeding this limit.
2. Appearance: Professionalism in the presentation and the presenter's appearance will be assessed. This includes the visual aids or materials used during the pitch.
3. Viability of Business Idea: The business concept's feasibility, market potential, and innovation will be thoroughly evaluated.
4. Response to Questions: Competence, clarity, and confidence in answering the judges' questions will be judged.
5. Use of Funds: Participants must clearly articulate how they plan to utilize any winnings or investments towards their business. Plans should be realistic and well thought out.
Submission Process:
- Participants must submit an application form including their business idea summary, proof of school enrollment, and LLC documentation.
- A detailed pitch presentation plan must be provided, outlining the main points of discussion and how the presentation will adhere to the time limit.
General Rules:
- Each participant or team is allowed only one entry.
- The decision of the judges is final and binding.
- Participants must agree to respect all competition rules and engage in fair play.
Awards:
- Winners will be announced at the end of the competition, with prizes awarded based on the judges' scoring according to the criteria mentioned above.
